Mr Dilip Jadawala, the promoter of Ethos, a technocrat and an engineering graduate specialized in industrial air conditioning, is one such enterprising visionary who believed in his dreams.

From a modest beginning in the year 1972, to manufacture equipments like Air Handling Units, Cooling Coils and Fan Coil Units, required for central air conditioning plant, Ethos has carved a niche for itself in the HVAC industry and has made a mark in customer satisfaction. Not by just fulfilling their needs but exceeding their expectations.

The confidence and experience of over fourty years, paved the way to the formation of Ethos HVAC Systems Ltd. in June, 1995 to cater to the requirements of the industry by introducing latest technology and displaying an unrelenting commitment to quality through large scale expansion of the facilities.

The company now owns land admeasuring 28,000 sq. mt. over which the factory building of about 6000 sq. mt. has been constructed at Changodar on Sarkhei-Bavla Highway (National Highway) about 18 kms away from the city of Ahmedabad. Today. Ethos is a professionally managed company having a fully equipped manufacturing plant.
